Itinerary

Day 1 – December 9, 2025

📍 Holiday Inn Express San José Forum by IHG

  • Transfer from airport to hotel in San José

  • Check-in

  • Technical briefing

  • Welcome Dinner

📍 Hotel Manoa con aguas termales

  • Breakfast at the hotel

  • Transfer to Lake Arenal Volcano

  • Swim Session 1: Recovery swim in the lake

  • Transfer for lunch

  • Lunch on the way

  • Transfer to the hotel

  • Check-in

  • Hot springs

  • Dinner outside the hotel

  • Breakfast at the hotel

  • Transfer to Lake Arenal

  • Swim Session 2: Pre-competition training in the lake

  • Transfer back to the hotel

  • Lunch outside the hotel

  • Excursion to La Fortuna Waterfall
