FOCUS – The Lost Art of Being Where You Are

The focus it's the ability to stay in the moment, without getting distracted.
In today's world, where we are constantly being stimulated, this is a real mental skill.

Training focus means train presence.
Start by eliminating what sabotages it: notifications, multitasking, vague goals.
Divide the tasks into 20–30 minute blocks, with real breaks in between: the brain works best in sprints, not marathons.

A powerful exercise? The “one task flow”: choose an activity, set a timer, and dedicate yourself to that only.
Even 15 minutes a day is enough to rebuild your attention.

Focus grows when the mind is calm.
And calm comes from breathing.
