01. Moon Run Dominical | Ultramarathon, Adventure, Sprint
Location: Dominical, Puntarenas, Costa Rica
Date: July 6, 2024
Distances: 52 km (Ultra Trail), 25 km (Adventure Trail), 16 km (Sprint Trail) and 10 km (Fun Trail).
Level of difficulty: 3.5/5 – depending on the distance, the Wikiloc Full Trail has several ascents and descents reaching a maximum height of 873 meters but marked perfectly by the organization.
Best for: A view of the beautiful landscape, mountains, nature and a closeness to the beach.
Event info: BAC presents Moon Run Dominical starting July 6, 2024. Six different group categories to register: Youth 13-17, Seniors 18-30, Master A 31-40, Master B 41-50, Master C 51 and over and recreational running. Package delivery starts in Coco Suizo restaurant Friday, July 5, 2024. 02. Costa Rica Off Road Races BAC
Location: Playa Conchal, Guanacaste, Costa Rica
Date: June 2, 2024
Distances: Sprint (1 circuit of 500m swim; 19 km bike; 7 km of athletics in 1 circuit run); Standard (1 circuit of 1000m swim; 32 km bike; 9.5 km of athletics in 2 circuits run); LD (1 circuit of 1500m swim; 52 km bike; 9.5 km of athletics in 2 circuits run)
Level of difficulty: 4/5 – only as hard as you want to make it with a lot of off-road.
Best for: What you'd expect from an off-road race and with a fun, festival feel.

Distances: Half (4.5 km swim; 17 km run) – View trail; Sprint (2.5 km swim; 8.5 km run) – View trail
Level of difficulty: 3/5 – inscriptions begin as young as 14 years old.
Best for: White house architecture and olive green scenery with a bright blue beach.
Event info: Enjoy the SWIMRUN eDreams by ZOGGS in the lovely beaches of Cadaqués in Spain. The best season to join a competition and dive into the ocean. SWIMRUN eDreams by ZOGGS is an open water, marathon experience for all ages, starting as young as 14 years old.

04. BAC Triathlon Series – Paseo de los Turistas
Location: Playa Puntarenas, Puntarenas, Costa Rica
Date: July 28, 2024
Distances: Sprint (750m swim; 20 km cycling; 5 km run), Standard (1500m swim; 40 km cycling; 10 km run)
Level of difficulty: 2/5 – unless you take on the Standard, in which case it's as hard as you can make it.
Best for: Lovely beach with residential sights and sounds – and the variety of distances.
